Hey! I’m Austin
Researcher. Designer. Innovator.

About Me
I'm a UX researcher and designer driven by a simple idea: technology should work better for people. My journey into UX started not in grad school, but with a badly designed door, and a realization that everyday experiences shouldn't be so frustrating.
With a background in Human-Computer Interaction and Design, I’ve led research and design efforts across a range of industries, from enterprise tools to family-focused platforms. I thrive on uncovering what truly matters to users and turning those insights into thoughtful, accessible, and practical design solutions.
I'm skilled in a wide range of research and design methods, including contextual inquiry, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, and both qualitative and quantitative research. I value collaboration, accessibility, and grounding decisions in real user needs, not assumptions.
Outside of work, you’ll find me snowboarding, climbing, exploring new cities, or curating the perfect Disney playlist. I’m also a former EMT and always up for a great conversation.
